Real estate photography

This real estate agent needed shots of a large house but with a fairly low budget.  I therefore tried to show several elements of each room where possible.  Styling the rooms to take out the owners personal items and ‘clutter’ (such as tissue boxes, jars of pens etc), and moving items to cover up distracting items such as plug sockets, ensured a clean look to the photos.  Using mainly available light but taking out shadows with a secondary flash also gave a nice even and inviting feel to the photos.

As a bonus to the real estate agent I also included several detail shots.  These add depth to the photos and will hopefully set the property apart from others when potential buyers first see the images on-line.
