Living and working in Whistler has the added benefit of the “20 cm rule” – you can ditch work / turn up a little late if Mother Nature throws 20cm or more snow at you overnight. Today was one of those days. I had time for a couple of runs. It has to be said, though, that this late in the year the freezing level was quite high and the snow was wet and heavy: I had trouble turning and found that falling over sideways was my only means of stopping. I think this photo portrays that quite well.

This is the face of 30cms of white stuff!
